The practice has many elements, so I have chosen some of my favourites. The frame treats each as form, not as act. Sensory can be about touch or the absence of it, maybe something as lite as a feather; Rope is about trust, freedom, feeling; While wax is about liquid heat becoming solid; Impact is a science where two things meet and a chemical transfer takes place. These are studies, not scenes. Documented by an artist that has gained the trust of this community, the texture and the trace each scene leaves on the skin tells it’s own story. The full series includes acts. That work lives elsewhere. What you see on this page is as close to the edge I can get with strangers — the form without the function.
