Commissions are private. They are made in a room of your choosing, on a date we agree on, with the people and the boundaries you bring to it. I do not surprise anyone.
The frame is decided in conversation, not imposed in the moment. You will leave with a small body of work — typically eight to twelve finished images — that you have authorised, shaped, and signed off on, in writing, before any shutter opens.
I.
The conversation
Email, then a call. We discuss what you
want, what you do not want, who is in the
room, what the images are for. No camera
yet.
II.
The brief
A one-page written brief: scope,
boundaries, deliverables, usage rights, fee,
date, location. Signed by both parties
before the shoot.
III.
The shoot and the edit
Made on the date, in the room. You see contact sheets within seven days. You select.
I edit. Final
delivery: eight to twelve finished images, retouched, in high resolution, within twenty-one days of the shoot. Usage rights per the brief.
Forget if it has been done before. Be yourself.
Fees are quoted after the conversation, not before. They depend on scope, usage, location, and the people involved. As a reference: a private portrait commission begins at
BASE PRICE £150. Couples and staged erotic commissions begin higher. If your inquiry is serious, the conversation about fee is part of the conversation, not a thing you find out after.
