A Tankspace Experience
It's been a busy few weeks, and there's still more work to do. This week, I finally finished editing most of my images from my day at Tankspace, and it was definitely a great experience. It wasn't my usual comfortable setting, but it pushed me to grow and understand the importance of getting out more and working with others.
Tankspace 2025 Poetic Justice
The event was hosted by Evil Genius Events, and I'm truly grateful to have been asked to be the photographer. The guests weren't all models, so the outcomes and focus were a bit different, but the drive to create was the same.
Tankspace was a fantastic place. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about both modeling and photography. You don't need to bring any extra lighting—they've got you covered. For an extra fee, you can use their props. The rain studio offers a lot more space to move around. The staff are always on hand to answer questions, and every new person in the tank gets a safety briefing.
I didn't really know what to expect, so I came prepared for everything. Once we started, it felt like being back in the studio with new clients coming in and out. I loved how the images turned out with each of the women and men I shot with.
I think this experience has made a great start to my year and will challenge my projects in the future. I hope to revisit tankspace again, understanding what is possible.
