I guess what you call last minute, I need at least 24hr notice, but to avoid disappointment it better to book in advance.

shoots can be booked for 30/45/60/90 mins but sessions are normally 60mins. Times really depend on what you need.

We mainly cover the midlands, but can travel a lot further depending on what is needed.
Terms & Conditions.
1.Services
The Only4thebrave Creations agrees to provide photography services (the "Services") to the Client as outlined in the Service Agreement.
The Services include, but are not limited to, photography sessions, editing, commercial photography, private events, portraits, product photography and digital prints
2. Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is due upon booking to secure the Client's session.
The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Late payments may result in a 6% late fee.
For commercial projects, a detailed invoice will be provided, and payment terms will be net 21 days.
All payments are final and non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit may be applied to a future session within six months.
3.Session Details
The Client is responsible for providing a detailed list of expectations, including the number of subjects, locations, and any specific shots or styles desired.
The Photographer will make every effort to accommodate the Client's requests but reserves the right to make creative decisions.
4.Image Usage and Copyright
The Photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the session.
Private Use: The Client will receive [insert number] edited digital images for personal use. Any commercial use of the images by the Client requires a separate licensing agreement and additional fee.
Commercial Use: The Client will receive a license to use the images for their specified commercial purposes. The scope of this license will be detailed in the Service Agreement. Any use beyond this scope requires an additional fee.
5.Delivery
The edited images will be delivered to the Client within 10-14 days after the session.
Delivery method and format will be agreed upon in the Service Agreement.
For commercial projects, a proofing gallery will be provided, and the Client will select the final images for delivery.
6.Cancellations and Rescheduling
The Client may reschedule their session once without incurring a fee, provided that 5 working days notice is given.
Additional rescheduling requests may incur a £30 fee.
If the Client cancels their session with less than 72 hours notice, they forfeit their deposit.
Liability
The Photographer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the Client's property during the session.
The Client releases the Photographer from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during the session.
7.Model Release
By signing this agreement, the Client grants the Photographer permission to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, the Photographer's website, portfolio, and social media channels.
The Client understands that their images may be used to advertise the Photographer's services.
8.Model Release

9.Commercial Usage License
For commercial projects, the Client will be granted a license to use the images for their specified purposes. This license will be detailed in the Service Agreement and may include restrictions on usage, duration, and geography.
Any use of the images beyond the scope of the agreed license requires an additional fee.
Additional Expenses
Any additional expenses incurred during the session, such as location fees, travel costs, or wardrobe, are the responsibility of the Client and will be billed separately.
